Compliance Statement and Code of Conduct Agreement

This Compliance Statement and Code of Conduct outlines the standards and expectations for all individuals and entities involved in the promotion and distribution of Vacutex on behalf of Le Rouge Medical Distribution (LMD). Adherence to this agreement is mandatory for continued authorization to represent or sell Vacutex products.

 

1. Product Representation and Use

  • Vacutex may only be promoted in accordance with the approved clinical claims and usage guidelines as outlined in the official LMD training materials.

  • Providers must be appropriately instructed on the proper use of Vacutex, following the “How to Use” guidelines provided during training.

  • Providers must also be clearly informed about what Vacutex is not: it is not a foam, not a superabsorber, not a hydrofiber dressing, and not an alginate dressing.

2. Packaging and Marketing

  • Tampering with or altering Vacutex packaging is strictly prohibited.

  • All promotion must align with manufacturer recommendations.

  • Only approved LMD or Vacutex marketing and promotional materials may be used.

3. Training Requirements

  • Completion of the full LMD training program is required, including wound care fundamentals, product-specific instruction, and additional training as provided by the LMD Clinical Nurse Consulting Team.

  • Annual completion of LMD Compliance and Code of Conduct training is required to maintain active distributor status.

4. Legal and Geographic Restrictions

  • Products may not be sold to any illegal or unlicensed entity.

  • Distribution of Vacutex outside the United States is prohibited unless explicitly approved by LMD in writing.

5. Conduct and Accountability

  • All representatives must conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the high ethical and professional standards of LMD.

  • Any violation of this agreement may result in immediate suspension or permanent revocation of the right to promote or distribute LMD products.
