Direct Distribution Value Model
At Le Rouge Medical Distributors, we’re committed to simplifying the logistics and ordering process for healthcare providers. Rather than relying on the traditional wholesaler distribution model—where manufacturers sell to large distributors who then manage delivery to healthcare systems under complex, contracted terms—we take a more direct approach.
Our Direct Distribution model allows us to purchase and secure products straight from the manufacturer. We partner with Direct Customer Solutions (DCS), leveraging their third-party logistics (3PL) expertise to ensure efficient, transparent, and next-generation healthcare distribution.
