In the United States, that channel runs through one company: Le Rouge Medical, the exclusive U.S. distributor, serving VA, DoD, and Indian Health System facilities. The portfolio is exclusive by design. VACUTEX™ is a patented 3-layer capillary-action dressing that creates a negative pressure of 68mmHG for hard-to-heal wounds with moderate-to-heavy exudate and slough. CleanWND®, a non-woven impregnated debridement cloth, carries a projected U.S. launch in 2026. Behind both lines: our wound care clinical nurse specialists, available for clinical questions and product in-services.
Direct Distribution, No Wholesaler Tiers
We purchase and secure products straight from the manufacturer. No traditional wholesaler layers, no complex contracted terms between you and the product. Direct Customer Solutions (DCS) provides third-party logistics (3PL), keeping distribution efficient and transparent.
